**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Corporate Sales Trainee** to join our sales team. This is an entry-level role designed to groom fresh talent into high-performing corporate sales professionals. You will undergo structured training while working closely with senior team members to understand client acquisition, B2B relationship building, and strategic sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the corporate sales team in generating leads and identifying business opportunities
- Learn and assist in making sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target segments, and potential corporate clients
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on sales inquiries
- Maintain and update CRM systems, reports, and databases
- Meet assigned learning goals and sales performance targets during the training period
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance reviews

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of CRM tools
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
