We are hiring Administrator (Admin) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office or department by managing administrative functions. This role involves providing office management, clerical support, organizing company records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee the general office operations, ensuring an efficient and organized environment.
- Handle office supplies, ordering materials, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate any repairs or replacements when needed.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact between different departments, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- **Scheduling & Calendar Management**:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executives or teams.
- Maintain and update calendars for the organization’s leadership or departments.
- **Document Management**:
- Handle document filing, organization, and archiving.
- Maintain and ensure the security of confidential information.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, memos, and other business documents.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist with budgeting and managing office expenses.
- Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements for staff.
- Track office-related bills and payments.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with employee onboarding, including setting up workspaces, equipment, and materials.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee celebrations.
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information.
- Address inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:
- Input data into systems and databases.
- Generate reports or summaries as needed for management or teams.
- **Task Coordination**:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure tasks and projects are on track.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- **Problem-Solving & Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the office.
- Handle minor troubleshooting or issue resolution regarding office processes or equipment.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and clients.
- Previous administrative or office management experience is often preferred.
**Additional Responsibilities (if applicable)**:
- Travel booking and itinerary management.
- Event coordination and planning.
- Maintenance of databases or project management tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
