**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic, mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular inspections of parking systems, hydraulic, electrical and structural components.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across parking premises.
- Monitor and replenish consumables (e.g., hydraulic valves, limit switches, etc) of parking systems.
- Conduct preventative/ quarterly maintenance in accordance with established schedules.
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support the setup, relocation, or removal of parking equipment as needed.
- Provide assistance and information to customers when necessary.

**Requirement and skills**
- B.E/ Diploma / ITI in any stream of Engineering (Mechanical Preferred)
- 1 to 4 years in Maintenance of Car Parking System

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
