**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide first-line support to the marketing user base for queries on Invoices, POs, & JVs- Escalate issues to the Product Owner as needed- Provide communication updates to the user community as appropriate. Update the Aprimo Home Page banner as needed- Configure and manage user access groups- Maintain public assets such as Public Views-
- Transaction exception handling/transaction retries-
- File Integration imports/reruns-
- Oversee and administer scheduled execution of reports and integration processes.- Maintain system issue log and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) from the user community.- Assist with monthly and annual financial operations and reconciliation process.- Monitor and resolve any data importing and exporting errors between Aprimo Marketing and other systems.- Conduct system testing for new functionality

Work Experience/Knowledge:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ work experience in the technical aspect of workflow technology- Broad knowledge of Aprimo systems and processes used to support Marketing- Experience with Microsoft products, including Word and Excel
