Printing Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities:Operational Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate roller printing machines as per design and production requirements.
- Ensure accurate alignment and registration of prints on fabric or packaging material.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters such as speed, pressure, and ink flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks during the print run to maintain color consistency and defect-free output.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machines to ensure optimal performance.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Manage and guide a team of printing helpers and junior operators.
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Train new team members on machine handling, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design, production planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure all printing is done according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications.
- Maintain documentation for production output, machine maintenance, and quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
