We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our clients' goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with our clients, project managers, and development team to deliver outstanding web design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop innovative and visually captivating website designs that meet clients' requirements

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces to effectively communicate design ideas

Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand their vision and objectives

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to enhance the usability and user experience of websites

Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role

Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS and Elementor

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar design tools

Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks

Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles

Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.)
