**Job Title: Electrical Expert**

**Job Location**:Peenya, Bangalore
**Role Description
- Designing Electrical Schematics using Advanced Eplan Electric P8
- Designing of new control panels (Stainless steel) and customized control panels according to IEC standards.
- Technical Inspection and testing of Electrical panel
- Creation of Electrical BOM, meeting Safety, Industrial Standard and QMS (RFT, Change Controls, Metrics etc.)
- Communicating with Suppliers and other professionals to ensure highest quality of control panels and are completed to meet all the specifications & standards.
- Efficiently studying the equipment, capturing all the electrical engineering aspects and perform effective knowledge transfer to concerned teams.
- Interact with production team/supplier and guide them about the good control panel manufacturing practices.
- Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
- Observing existing processes and implementing continuous improvement projects
- Persistent Engagement in Technology advancements in Electrical Engineering.
- Defining problems, collecting data, and deducing facts and conclusions.
- Identifying the problems and perform proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA), to pre
- vent the reoccurrence of the same issue.
- Establishing relationships with Staff (Local and Global), Customers, Business partners, and other professionals in the field.
- Writing specifications, instructions, reports, and handling other required adminis
- trative duties.
- Supplier development for Electrical control panel manufacturing as per global standard.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records to ensure successful Audits
- Strict adherence to the Daily management system (GEMBA) and report day-to
- day deliverables to the reporting manager through Daily Management System.
- OPEX (Kaizen, 6S, DMS, VSM etc.) culture implementation continuously Develop E2E SOP for the Electrical Engineering Deliverables

**Job Requirements**
- Electrical or Electronic Engineer (experienced in electrical fields) with 4-6 years of experience.
- Experience in Project Management is a good to have Good communication skills as customer interaction is involved.
