**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer in an Art role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually engaging content for various mediums including digital platforms, print, and brand collateral. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all design work aligns with the company’s visual identity and brand goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and layouts for marketing and advertising materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in design style.
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring specifications and requirements are met.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the design process.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine the work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Assist with designing and producing presentations, internal communications, and other materials as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, preferably in [industry or sector].
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing unique design solutions to the table.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
