**Job Title**: Account Executive
**Location**: KR Puram, Bangalore
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Company**: TGI Group of Hotels
**Food & Accommodation**: Provided

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at TGI Group of Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with comprehensive accounting knowledge to work in the dynamic hotel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all accounting transactions are recorded promptly and correctly.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other reports as required.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
- Assist with payroll and tax filing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding financial performance.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations across the hotel.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and other financial assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have complete knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
