We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and placing our gym products in fitness centers. Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with gym owners and members, showcasing product samples, and collecting payments. This role requires extensive fieldwork and flexibility in working hours. Owning a bike is compulsory for this position to facilitate transportation and quick accessibility to different gym locations.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Product Placement: Ensure effective placement of gym products in various fitness centers.

2) Promotions: Demonstrate and promote samples of products to gym members to drive interest and sales.

3) Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with gym owners and members to foster loyalty and repeat business.

4) Payment Collection: Collect payments from gym owners in a timely and professional manner.

5) Market Feedback: Gather feedback from gym owners and members to understand their needs and preferences, and relay this information to the management team.

6) Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and payment collections.

7) Flexibility: Adapt to flexible working hours to meet the needs of gym owners and members.

8) Transportation: Use your own bike to travel between different gym locations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or related industry.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to demonstrate gym equipment effectively.

Transportation: Must own a bike and be comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
