**SUMMARY**:
Looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner with an open mindset and out of the box thought process. Someone who is adaptable to work in an agile environment, is a fast learner with clarity of thought.
**ROLE INFORMATION**:
- Take ownership of product excellence by envisioning and building future-proof adaptable products
- Closely collaborate with Product Management, internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, market and business goals
- Drive the requirements definition, planning and reviews as part of the development process lifecycle and manage product, release and sprints backlog
- Be responsible and accountable for the successful deliveries: Scope, Quality and On-time,
- Prioritize functionality to maximize value for consumers.
- Lead the development scrum team according to the Agile Software Engineering principles and complement the architect in decision making and execution.
- Work with all contributors: Project Management, Architecture, Product Management, Scrum Masters and User Assistance to execute a flawless development process.
- Communicate with stakeholders. Lead and operationalize all rollout and enabling activities for the responsible topic.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 8-10 years overall Experience with 3-4 years of experience in Managing a Product as Product Owner/Product Manager
- Strong business knowledge of S/4HANA especially Financials and an overview of record to report
- Knowledge of localization, statutory reporting and experience of customer projects will be an added advantage
- Experience of global ERP implementations will be an added advantage
- High level of self-reliance, independence and futuristic decision making is expected in defining the direction of product excellence
- Experience with S/4HANA Product Management guidelines like JIRA, BOM, IFR etc is a plus.
