**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior copywriters and the creative team to understand project requirements and develop compelling copy for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target audience demographics, and competitor analysis to ensure effective messaging and brand alignment.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Learn and maintain consistency with our brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all communication channels.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to develop visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in copywriting, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- A passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and familiar with social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
