**Roles and Responsibilities**

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills - Minimum 6 years of experience in Office 365 security and compliance or related IT operational functions. - Intermediate knowledge about the use of PowerShell. - Microsoft 365 certification in Security Administration (MS-500). - Experience in working in an international and multicultural environment-including team members across the globe. - Good awareness of ITIL standards is essential. - Intermediate knowledge of change, problem, and incident management - Ability to understand organizational needs, workflow and IT requirements - High accuracy, reliability, flexibility, pro-activeness and working independently - Business fluent in English (reading and writing

Duties and Responsibilities - Plan and deploy security tools and products in alignment with enterprise security strategy and architecture - Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Retention & Deletion, External Sharing and eDiscovery - Drive solutions, upgrades and dashboards related to O365 environment security vulnerabilities. - Administer cloud-based security policies that may support Microsoft EMS, Intune, Azure and O365. - Accountable for security operations and compliance within O365. - Knowledge of O365 technologies such as Teams, Identity management & protection, SharePoint Online SSO, Conditional Access, Retention Policies. - Knowledge of supporting technologies like Active Directory, Azure RMS, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online. - Good Knowledge in O365 support. - Proactive approach for implementing process improvement. - Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills.
