**Job Title: Teaching Faculty (6 openings)**

**Qualification**:

- MSc / BSc / M.Tech / B.Tech / BEd is preferable

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades

**Subjects**:

- Physics, Chemistry, Maths

**Job Location**:

- Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala

**Pay Scale**:

- 3 to 5 lakhs per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to ensure student engagement and understanding.
- Evaluating student performance through assessments and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and enhance the curriculum.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in the field of education and incorporating relevant changes into teaching methods.
- Participating in parent-teacher meetings and maintaining open communication with parents/guardians.
- Contributing to the overall academic and extracurricular development of students.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or a related field.
- BEd qualification is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
