Job Title: Insurance Process Executive

**Salary**: ₹20,150 (In-Hand) | ₹23,500 (CTC)

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to promote and sell insurance products effectively.
- Provide detailed information about insurance policies, benefits, and premium details.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within given timelines.
- Handle queries, resolve issues, and address complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum qualification - Graduate or equivalent.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience:

- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance processes.
- Experience in tele-calling or client management is an added advantage.
- Key Skills:

- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
