Reviewing & Designing Architectural, Engineering & Interior Plans

Ensuring all plans are compliant with Government and Safety Regulations(NBC)
- Monitoring work of other Junior Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
- Providing guidance to subcontractors like Builders, Plumbers and Electricians and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets
- Acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
- Networking and connecting with various industry professionals
- Make Working Drawings, Electrical Drawings, Plumbing Drawings, Submission Drawings, 3D Drawings, BOQ & Presentations.
- Filing of Drawings as per office and client requirement
- Site Visits
- Direct and Indirect interactions with clients and other concern persons

**Salary**: ₹23,442.48 - ₹50,528.24 per month
