**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Japanese Language Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Japanese to students of varying proficiency levels, helping them improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. You will design dynamic lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster an engaging and interactive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Japanese language courses to students at various levels (A1-C1, or tailored to specific needs).
- Create and deliver engaging, well-structured lesson plans that address all aspects of language acquisition (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Conduct assessments and provide regular feedback on student performance to support their language development.
- Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to track student progress.
- Foster an immersive learning experience that encourages active participation in speaking, writing, and comprehension exercises.
- Offer personalized support to students who need additional help in mastering language skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, materials, and digital tools for language learning.
- Organize extracurricular activities like cultural events, language exchange sessions, or workshops to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.
- Proven experience teaching Japanese (at least [1] years of teaching experience).
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., JLPT, Japanese language teaching certificates like the “Nihongo Pro” or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and create a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of the Japanese language learning materials, textbooks, and resources.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience teaching Japanese in a professional or business context.
- Familiarity with the Japanese language proficiency test (JLPT) levels.
- Ability to teach both in-person and virtual classes.
- Ability to create customized lesson plans based on student needs and proficiency levels.
