**Job Description: Robotics STEM Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. STEM Education Development Kit:

- Design, develop, and optimize STEM education kits tailored for schools.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the kits meet educational and technical standards.

2. Teaching and Mentoring:

- Conduct engaging robotics and STEM workshops in contracted schools.
- Inspire students with hands-on sessions using STEM kits.
- Guide students through project ideation, prototyping, and implementation.

3. Project Development:

- Work on cutting-edge robotics and IoT projects with students for additional compensation.
- Provide mentorship for competitive projects and hackathons.

4. Troubleshooting and Optimization:

- Maintain and troubleshoot STEM kits to ensure high performance.
- Integrate electronics, circuits, and sensors seamlessly into the kits.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with schools to align workshops with their educational objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Robotics, or related fields (required).
- Proficiency in Arduino, C/C++, and embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, circuits, and sensor integration.
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring high school/college students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to contracted schools.
