**VACANCY FOR TELE COUNSELLOR**

**SGT University**, in its campus spread over 70 acres near Gurgaon, offers around 160+ programmes in Medical and Non-Medical domains. - **Job Description**_
- _Counseling of all Students & Parents Walk-ins_
- _Lead generation through continuous Research and Database building of Prospective Students_
- _Tele-calling on available databases, following up with Students consistently, converting them into Walk-in_
- _Effective Follow-up after the Walk-in to convert the student into an Admission_
- _Aptitude to Understand various course offered with fee structure and doing cross selling to the prospects_
- _Handling inquiries and getting the Registration & enrollments done_
- _Liaison with Schools to increase visibility & walk-in_
- _Reporting & MIS - Daily / weekly / Monthly report Submission_
- _Marketing the University courses through Social Media to Generate Walk-in_
- _**Desired Profile**_
- _Should be Target oriented, quick learner and should be able to Multitask_
- _Should be courteous and able to resolve queries within a time limit and build relationships_
- _Should possess very good communication skills and convincing skills_
- _Possess excellent planning, organization, and computer skills_
- _Preference would be given to people with Admission Sales & Counseling Background_
- _Bright People with Sales background from other industries would also be considered_
