**JOB SUMMERY:

The Filling Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the packaging and filling of lubricant oil products. The role includes ensuring the efficient and accurate filling of containers, performing quality checks, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

**JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- **Operation and Monitoring: -** Operate filling machines and other related equipments. Monitor the filling process to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Adjust machine settings to ensure proper filling levels.
- **Quality Control: -** Conduct routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards. Inspect filled containers for leaks, correct labels, proper sealing and proper packing in boxes. Report any inconsistencies or defects to the reporting manager.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting: -** Perform basic maintenance on filling equipment. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and collaborate with plant maintenance teams for major repairs. Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
- **Safety and Compliance: -** Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Documentation and Reporting: -** Maintain accurate production logs and reports. Record batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- **Efficiency and Continuous Improvement: -** Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements. Assist in the implementation of best practices to improve productivity and product quality. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
- Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment, follow code of conduct.

**SKILLS/REQUIREMENT:

- **
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the lubricants or edible oil industry.
- Knowledge of filling machines and packaging equipment. Proficient in Semi-Automatic Filling Machine and Lubricants.
- Experience: - Must have 2-3 years in as filling operator on shop floor.
- Education: - A minimum of ITI holder/Diploma/Bsc/engineer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Filling Machine Operator: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (preferred)
