**TCS is hiring for Salesforce Admin role**Experience: 4 to 8 years**Location: Chennai**Must haves**:

- Working experience as a Salesforce Administrator or a similar job position in the Sales industry.
- Professional certificate as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator will be mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of the various principle of data management.
- Sound knowledge and understanding about salesforce software and its functionalities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Experience in generating Salesforce reports. - Ability to solve the problem promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong data management abilities

**Good-to-Have**
- Experience working in an Agile/Devops environment. - Experience working with source code and CI tools and processes.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details - Knowledge on health care domain
