We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients through timely updates and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing property listings on the platform.
- Ensure listing accuracy and coordinate with the backend team for reviews and approvals.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach.
