**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Eye Examinations**:

- Perform comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic tools to detect vision defects, ocular diseases, and other eye abnormalities.
- Assess patient history to understand health concerns and vision issues.
- **Diagnosis and Treatment**:

- Diagnose visual conditions such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids based on the diagnosis.
- Manage and treat conditions like dry eye, conjunctivitis, and ocular allergies.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients on proper eye care and the importance of regular eye check-ups.
- Provide guidance on the use and maintenance of contact lenses.
- Counsel patients about treatment options, preventive care, and the potential impact of lifestyle on eye health.
- **Maintain Records**:

- Accurately document patient history, test results, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with ophthalmologists, opticians, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary for further treatment or surgery.
- **Equipment Handling**:

- Operate diagnostic tools such as phoropters, autorefractors, retinoscopes, and tonometers.
- Ensure that all optical equipment is calibrated and maintained regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (BSc Optometry) or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 Years of experience.
- Familiarity with common optometric instruments and diagnostic tools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Licenses/Certification**:

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in [State/Country].
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
