**Job Title: Social Media Expert**

**Reports To**: Chairperson

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to improve strategies and engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design and create visually appealing posts, stories, and banners tailored for different social media platforms.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms to create eye-catching content.
- **PowerPoint Presentations**:

- Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication.
- Ensure presentations are clear, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key messages.
- **Communication and Outreach**:

- Conduct calls and meetings with clients, partners, or stakeholders as required for social media campaigns or collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with influencers, partners, and clients through effective communication.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and online communication.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn accounts for business purposes.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and content creation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to create professional and visually engaging presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make calls and interact with clients or partners professionally.
- Creative, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and social media innovations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
