**Job Description**:
The Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the business requirement, processes and implement through Windchill
- Troubleshooting end user issues and support them on regular PLM activities
- Setup new project in Windchill and train the project team
- Work together with project manager to add and assign the right privileges for project team members
- You create and update the Bill of Materials of products, support the teams with uploading documents, and make sure documentation is done according to templates and standards.
- You support the engineers in implementing Engineering Change Tasks, updating the configuration of products, and by maintaining the Technical Product Documentation in our product PLM system Windchill.
- You review changes on Bill of Materials as well as Technical Product Documentation together with Development leads, packaging engineers and/or factories

Compentency:

- In-depth knowledge of Windchill PLM systems as an administrator (preferably) or as a user
- In-depth knowledge of life cycle template, object initialization rules, workflows, and access control
- Knowledge of PLM, Change Management, Document Management Part Management, BOM management, PDM Link, and Configuration Management
- Hands-on experience with Windchill object creation (CN/QR/Document/ etc.)
- Able to Support the team with technical product documentation to process a compliant Device History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR)
- Preferably experience within a Regulated Industry (medical devices desirable, along with knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations, and ISO 13485)
- Experience in writing instructions, manuals, and project status report in English

Education/Experience:

- Bachelors /Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 3+ years experience
