**Job Title: ERP Executive**

**Location: Kosikala, Mathura**

**Job Summary**:
We seek an experienced ERP Executive to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration across departments and driving business efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**ERP Strategy and Implementation**:
1. Develop and execute ERP strategy aligning with business objectives.

2. Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.

3. Ensure business process re-engineering and optimization.

**System Integration and Management**:
1. Integrate ERP with other systems (CRM, SCM, HRM).

2. Manage ERP configuration, customization, and security.

3. Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery.

**Business Process Improvement**:
1. Analyze and optimize business processes using ERP best practices.

2. Identify and implement process automation opportunities.

3. Develop and maintain business process documentation.

**Training and Support**:
1. Develop and deliver ERP training programs for end-users.

2. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

3. Ensure user adoption and proficiency.

**Vendor Management**:
1. Manage ERP vendor relationships.

2. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.

3. Evaluate and recommend new ERP solutions.

**Team Management**:
1. Lead and mentor ERP team members.

2. Develop and manage ERP budgets.

3. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
5+ years of ERP experience (implementation, management, or consulting).

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,895.17 - ₹32,010.22 per month
