**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You should be a new-age creator who likes to experiment with multiple tools and new software to bring out the best results.
- Participate in creative meetings to understand requirement and develop new creative ideas.
- Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualisation, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from inquiry to delivery.
- REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

- **Drawing/ Illustration skills are a must; **knowledge of animation would be a plus point.
- Knowledge of realistic/ comic-style/ graphical illustrations based on the requirement of the assignment.
- Possess excellent understanding of **art and visual design principles**, **style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow.**
- Well versed with **Adobe creative suite (knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a must), ProCreate or a similar tool(desired).**
- **Strong sense of imagery, colours, composition, and visual layouts.**
- Good analytical and management skills to work, can multitask easily and manage multiple Projects.
- Must be receptive to constructive feedback. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- **Ideating and presenting ideas (sketching, researching for references, adding value to brainstorming sessions, etc.)**
- A collaborative attitude to co-create with a team of passionate, creative individuals.
- Understanding design briefs by asking the relevant questions.

**KEY POINTERS**:
**Experience**: 5+ years of experience as an illustrator, visual designer, or similar role.

**Education: Degree/ Diploma in Fine Arts, Commercial Arts, Design or a related field from a reputed institute/ university**

**Job Location**: South Delhi

**Employment type**: Full-time employment

**Salary**: ₹22,500.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
