Database Management: Maintain and update the organization's databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. This includes regular backups and implementing appropriate access controls.

Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Generate various reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid management in making informed decisions.

Report Generation: Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on predefined parameters and user requests. Customize reports as required by different departments and management levels.

Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation within the MIS framework to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Implement automated data collection and reporting processes.

Data Validation: Validate the accuracy and completeness of data from various sources before processing and presentation. Address data discrepancies and work towards improving data quality.

System Maintenance: Oversee the smooth functioning of the MIS system, including troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT or vendors for system upgrades and enhancements.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the MIS system's functionalities and reports. Address user queries and troubleshoot issues related to data access and usage.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Liaise with different departments to understand their reporting requirements and ensure that the MIS meets their needs. Seek feedback to continually improve the system's effectiveness.

Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that data privacy and security protocols are strictly followed. Comply with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with advancements in MIS technologies and data analysis methodologies. Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the overall MIS system performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Management Information Systems, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and data security best practices.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
