- **Note**:_ _For the initial 3 months your designation will be Associate Trainee. After confirmation, you will be confirmed to your respective position of US IT Recruiter/ Bench Sales Recruiter._

Any Graduate / Post graduate (**Non-CS/IT Branches **)

55% Throughout (10th, 12th, and Graduation)

Roles & Responsibilities

**Bench Sales Recruiter**:

- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
- Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Handling manage contacts.
- Managing complete cycle of Bench sales.

Maintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities.
