**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate of B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA (pharmaceuticals/IB) / M.sc / Any Relevant Degree in Pharmaceuticals.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- To ensure that a company's products comply with the regulations of the regions where they want to distribute them
- To develop explanations for new product licenses and license renewals to strict deadlines with submissions of license variations
- To maintaining regulatory documentation database
- To assist with the preparation and submission of all regulatory reports
- To provide accurate reviews of data and reports
- To undertake and manage regulatory inspections
- To accurately develop marketing concepts and approve packaging and advertising before a product's release
- To always keep updated with national and international legislation, guidelines and customer practices
