**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert-level support and administration for IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)/IBM Spectrum Protect and associated components in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain backup and recovery solutions using IBM Spectrum Protect to ensure the integrity, availability, and reliability of critical data and systems.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization of IBM Spectrum Protect infrastructure to meet business requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Configure and manage replication, deduplication, encryption, and other advanced features of IBM Spectrum Protect for efficient data protection and disaster recovery.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues related to backup and recovery, storage management, and data protection, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for IBM Spectrum Protect administration and operations.
- Stay updated with the latest releases, patches, and updates for IBM Spectrum Protect and related technologies, and proactively evaluate new features and capabilities for potential implementation.
- Provide mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to junior team members and end-users on IBM Spectrum Protect administration and best practices.
