**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Telecommunication Systems**: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of telecommunication systems (phone systems, VoIP, PBX, paging, etc.) to ensure seamless communication within the OHC.
- **Support Multilingual Communication**: Provide support for communication across various departments, assisting with language barriers by offering translation or interpretation services in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and English.
- **Coordinate with Customers**: Liaise with customers to ensure the OHC’s communication systems meet their needs, are always up to date, running smoothly, and compliant with regulations.
- **Troubleshooting and Technical Support**: Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for any communication-related issues within the OHC, including phone lines, intercoms, and other telecommunication systems.
- **Collaboration with IT and Health Staff**: Work closely with IT teams, administrative departments, and health professionals to integrate communication systems effectively, ensuring they meet the OHC’s operational and emergency needs.
- **Data Management and Reporting**: Maintain records of telecommunications usage, conduct regular audits, and prepare reports related to communication services, costs, and any issues requiring attention.
- **Emergency Protocol Support**: Assist with emergency communication protocols, ensuring that telecommunication systems are prepared for any crisis situations, such as medical emergencies, occupational incidents, and disaster recovery.
- **Training & Development**: Provide training to OHC staff on proper usage of telecommunication systems and new technologies, ensuring effective communication across all levels.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications, preferably in an Occupational Health Centre (OHC) or similar healthcare-related environment.
- **Multilingual Skills**: Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and English (spoken and written). Ability to translate or interpret between these languages is essential.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of telecommunication systems, including PBX, VoIP, and intercom systems. Hands-on experience with telecommunication troubleshooting and technical support.
- **Knowledge of OHC Operations**: Familiarity with the operations of an Occupational Health Centre, especially the role of telecommunication in occupational health services, patient care, and interdepartmental communication.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and address issues quickly.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Certification in telecommunication systems or healthcare IT systems is a plus.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to new telecommunication technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse OHC environment.

- General shift (8hrs).
