**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- **Sales Team Coordination**: Generate leads, onboard new customers, prepare quotes, and manage client communication.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the entire order management process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.

**Data Management**:

- **Database & CRM**: Maintain accurate customer data and track interactions through the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and performance insights.

**Process Optimization**:

- **Sales Process Improvement**: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

**Customer Support**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Help maintain strong relationships with key clients in corporate and government sectors.
- **After-Sales Support**: Coordinate with the service team to address any post-sales issues.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in managing large datasets and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify and improve sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or backend roles, ideally in IT hardware.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and customer support.
