Preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Oversees the preventive maintenance program of the plant. Technically sound in maintenance of equipment in Water treatment plants, water distribution networks Operations. Responsible for the effective supervision, man-management and good administration of the plant including budget preparation and monitoring to include expenditures, selection, training, performance management, employee relations, prioritizing and assigning work and related activities. Responsible for EHS -safety standards and Quality standards, keeping all buildings and work areas clean and ability to provide train site team members.
- Proficiency in operations & maintenance of various machines & equipment, thereby reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of utilities, tender work and business development. Skilled in auditing water & wastewater treatment plant and water/ sewer line commissioning, Operation & maintenance works.
- Capable to manage the customer with good relationship.
- Preparation & carry out monsoon activity as precautionary action.
- Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures
- Implementation of work related SOPs at site
