Preschool Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on educational standards and developmental milestones.
- Incorporate play, storytelling, music, and art to enhance learning.
- Encourage curiosity and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Establish and reinforce rules to promote positive behavior.
- **Child Development**:

- Observe and assess each child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Promote social skills such as cooperation, sharing, and empathy.
- **Communication with Families**:

- Maintain open and professional communication with parents/guardians.
- Provide regular updates on their child’s progress and development.
- Offer support and resources for at-home learning activities.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Supervise children to ensure their safety at all times.
- Follow protocols for emergencies, first aid, and hygiene practices.
- Monitor and address any health or behavioral concerns promptly.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with early childhood education trends and techniques.
- Participate in training, workshops, and team meetings as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
