**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of **Noorio wireless CCTV cameras** through both **retail and distribution channels**.
- Identify and appoint **distributors, dealers, and resellers** in Kolkata and nearby regions.
- Conduct **product demonstrations** and provide technical know-how to clients and channel partners.
- Ensure effective market coverage and penetration in assigned areas.
- Achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for stock, leads, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales and client data using CRM tools.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma in Electronics, Marketing, or a related field.
- **3 to 6 years** of experience in sales of **electronics, CCTV systems, home automation, or related hardware products**.
- Strong dealer/distributor network in Eastern India preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and frequent travel within the region.
- Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets under pressure.
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in selling **battery-powered surveillance products**, smart doorbells, or wireless cameras.
- Familiarity with Kolkata and nearby territories.
- Tech-savvy and able to understand IoT-enabled products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,442.80 - ₹34,246.84 per month
