**Responsibilities/KPIs**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and concepts that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Create and distribute content to support the company’s marketing goals. This includes writing long-form content such as blogs and articles, as well as other shorter forms of content.
- Write copy that is optimized for SEO and follows SEO writing best practices. But more importantly, create content that is insightful and adds value to our target audience.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates key messages and motivates action from the target audience.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting, and incorporate innovative ideas into content development strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of creating compelling and engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- You should absolutely love writing and storytelling.
- Should be a creative thinker.
- You follow popular culture (memes, shows, slang etc.) and understand US/global cultural contexts.
- Comfort with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Quora, X, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit.
- You understand our target audience - Sales and Customer Support - and know how to make content engaging and insightful for them.

**Salary**:Salary offered for this position is up to **INR 25,000 per month**.
