Jr. Agronomist

Crop Management: Assist in the management and cultivation of crops, including planting, harvesting, and pest control
- Monitor crop health and make recommendations for improvement
- Soil Analysis: Conduct soil tests and analyze soil quality to determine nutrient levels, pH, and other factors that affect crop growth
- Recommend soil amendments and fertilization strategies
- Research and Data Collection: Participate in agricultural research projects, collect data on crop performance, and assist in the development of new agricultural techniques and technologies
- Pest and Disease Management: Identify and manage pests, diseases, and other threats to crops
- Recommend and implement pest control strategies, including the use of pesticides or integrated pest management techniques
- Good in computer skills
- Good observation of the crop and analysis it and prepare the report

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
