Are you an experienced telecaller with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales? Naavigo Private Limited is looking for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to the exciting world of Digital NFC card sales.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Telecaller at Naavigo Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our Digital NFC card products, and explaining their benefits.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and any regional language to effectively connect with a diverse audience.
- Utilizing your sales experience to understand client queries, address concerns, and guide them through the sales process.
- Closing deals by effectively communicating the value proposition of our Digital NFC cards and addressing client needs.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales transactions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling with a proven track record in sales.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and any regional language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client queries, provide solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Experience in selling products, preferably in the technology or digital space.
- Familiarity with Digital NFC cards or similar products is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
