**Job Title: Sales Executive (Builders, Developers, Architects)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities with builders, developers, and architects.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and understand the needs of clients in the construction and real estate sector.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings tailored to the construction and development industries.
- Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with builders, developers, and architects.
- Provide customized solutions to meet client requirements, addressing both technical and financial aspects.
- **Relationship Building & Client Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including builders, developers, and architects.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that align with their projects and timelines.
- **Market Research & Industry Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and the latest developments in the construction, architecture, and real estate sectors.
- Use industry knowledge to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of competitors.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and key performance metrics.
- **On-Site Visits & Client Interaction**:
- Travel to client locations, construction sites, and meetings as required (personal bike is a must for on-site visits).
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically working with builders, developers, and architects.
- Strong understanding of the construction and real estate industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and drive results.
- A personal bike is a requirement for this position due to frequent travel and site visits.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar sales role in the construction, real estate, or architecture industry.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
