**Job Title**: Purchaser cum Inventory Executive
**Organization**: La Fierte Restro Bar
**Work Timing**: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (12 Hours Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute the purchase of restaurant-related items (raw materials, groceries, beverages, consumables, etc.) as per requirement.
- Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and negotiate for best prices without compromising quality.
- Maintain stock records for all items and update inventory regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed to avoid shortages.
- Check quality and quantity of deliveries.
- Generate purchase orders and inventory reports on suitable software.
- Prevent wastage, pilferage, and ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff for smooth functioning.

**Software Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of **inventory management software** (like Petpooja, GoFrugal, POSist, or Excel-based systems).
- Ability to generate reports and maintain digital stock registers.
- Prior experience in purchasing and inventory management in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work long hours and handle pressure.
