**Responsibilities**:
**"Office Assistant**"- Any graduate but relevant experience in the admin department.- **third party rolls.**
- Skills required: MS Office, preferably SAP trained- Office working - 6 days- 1
Daily Office Operational work- 2
Visitors Management- 3
Service related query & complaints handling- 4
Phone Directory management- 5
SAP - Should be trained in MM module & to generate PR / MAT codes / SErvice Codes & should be able to deal with service providers for quotes and proposals for day to day operational activities. ( PR to payments to parties role have to be handled in a flawless manner)- 6
Material management - ( Agency Inwards & Outward Register/ Audits & Reviews )- 7
Courier Management ( ARCs / Proposals / Billings/ Negotiations)- 8

Would be part of office - QRT ( Quick Response Team)- 10
PR Management ( Should be able to liaise and coordinate with outside govt bodies, offices of BMC, Police stations, Traffic Department, Local Authorities, 3rd party associates for operational activities)- 11
Accounts Related - ( Overall incharge for management of Billings & subsequent processing through centralised dashboard system)- 12
Airport Protocol & Assistant- 13
