**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, compelling video content for a variety of platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, motion, and color grading to enhance final output.
- Cut and assemble recorded footage, review scripts, and create rough and final cuts.
- Organize and archive video assets, project files, and media libraries.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects**, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audio/visual synchronization.
- Familiarity with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual sense.
- Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly and accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience editing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of animation or graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of video formats, compression, and exporting for web use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
