A bindery supervisor manages the operations and employees at a bindery, ensuring that products meet quality, budget, and efficiency requirements. Their responsibilities include:

- Supervising: Overseeing the press, machinery, and printing production
- Ensuring quality: Performing first piece inspections on each product line and inspecting samples for defects
- Meeting customer needs: Making sure projects meet customer specifications and delivery requirements
- Maintaining compliance: Ensuring the plant stays compliant with safety and work regulations
- Improving processes: Ensuring continuous improvement of methods, productivity, and quality
- Communicating: Communicating with the general manager, production manager, sales team, and production team
- Following procedures: Following systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals
- Maintaining equipment: Cleaning and inspecting machinery frequently, and adding lubrication, making adjustments, and completing minor repairs as necessary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
