**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **inbound and outbound calls** to assist US-based clients with travel bookings.
- Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel insurance.
- Use **Amadeus** for ticketing, cancellations, and reissuance.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and US travel regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle urgent requests and resolve travel issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 6 months** of experience in US travel process.
- Hands-on experience with **Amadeus** (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of **hotels, car rentals, and ticketing**.
- Excellent **English communication skills** (verbal and written).
- Experience handling **inbound and outbound customer calls**.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts** (US time zone).
- **Immediate joining** preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
