**About the Role**

At Peblo, we’re building a playable learning universe—**a series of story-rich, emotionally resonant, and curriculum-aligned quests, games, and simulations** that unfold like adventures and stick like experiences.

We’re looking for a **Script Writer** who can **write for the mind**_**and**_ **the heart of kids**—someone who can craft voiceover scripts, game dialogues, learning stories, character lines, quiz feedback, and educational content in a way that feels exciting, warm, and intelligent.

If you’ve ever wanted to write like a children’s author, a teacher, a game narrator—all in the same day, this is the role for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Write **voiceover scripts** for animated explainer lessons, onboarding journeys, and AI tutor dialogues
- Script **interactive story scenes** (including character dialogue, choices, feedback paths, and scene actions) in collaboration with game designers and animators
- Convert educational concepts into **child-friendly language** without oversimplifying the core idea
- Create engaging **in-app copy**—including prompts, rewards, nudges, progress updates, and UI microcopy
- Collaborate with curriculum experts and instructional designers to align your scripts with academic goals
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GrammarlyGO) to **generate variations, localizations, alternate difficulty levels**, or early drafts for fast iteration
- Maintain tone, consistency, and emotion across different characters, modules, and learning arcs
- Participate in creative reviews, test user flows, and update content based on child/user feedback

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in writing for EdTech, children’s content, games, entertainment, or interactive media
- A portfolio that shows **range**—ideally including samples of dialogue, explainers, or educational writing
- Ability to write with **empathy, simplicity, and narrative rhythm** for young learners
- Strong command of English with attention to tone, pacing, and clarity (writing for Class 1 ≠ Class 8)
- Comfort working in **structured content environments** with branching scripts, voice timing, and animation cues
- Experience using or an interest in using **AI tools** to assist in scripting, editing, or content expansion
- Familiarity with Indian K-10 curriculum (CBSE/ICSE) is a plus—but more important is the ability to make _anything_ fun to learn

**Nice to Have**
- Background in children’s publishing, eLearning, or animated series writing
- Experience with visual storyboarding or writing for voiceovers
- Comfort writing for bilingual or multilingual contexts (Hindi, regional languages)
