**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. To make daily calls to the leads provided by the company

2. To explain our projects in details to the customers

3. To answer customer queries promptly

4. Able to co-ordinate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.

5. Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.

6. Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.

Should have knowledge in MS office

**Preferred immediate joiners or 1 week notice period**
