Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message across various mediums. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop innovative designs that align with our company's objectives and target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets such as brochures, banners, logos, infographics, social media posts, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to ensure effective design solutions.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity through cohesive design elements across different platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques, and implement new design approaches to enhance our visual communication strategies.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support the development of design concepts.
- Present design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design deliverables.
- Ensure that all design materials are visually appealing, well-organized, and adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
