**Experience - Minimum 3 to 4 Years Must.**

**Qualification - BCA/MCA/HARDWARE NETWORKING COURSE / BTECH IN COMPUTER SCIENCE / MUST BE FAMILIER WITH MS OFFICE.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing: Using engineering tools to create schematics of new hardware
- Testing: Evaluating the hardware and analyzing the results
- Modifying: Changing the design based on the results
- Updating: Making existing equipment work with new software
- Overseeing: The manufacturing process
- Collaborating: With technology teams to build and install hardware
- Maintaining: The products they build
- Troubleshooting: Processes within hardware system
- Assembling & troubleshooting Computer Peripherals, Printer, Xerox machine & other hardware etc.
- Installing hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshooting computer issues
- Responding to IT questions from employees
- Updating malware protection devices
- Maintaining the company website and other technology touchpoints
- Providing technical support to end-users
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles
- Handling password issues
- Conducting regular system backups and data recovery
- Overseeing security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Supporting users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Scheduling upgrades and maintenance
- Keeping records and logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Detecting computer or network equipment shortages and placing orders
