**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design visual concepts for various projects, including but not limited to: logos, brand identities, marketing materials, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet objectives and timelines.
- Create original artwork and illustrations that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and mediums.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects when appropriate.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and executed accurately.
- Assist in the development of style guides and brand standards to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Must have skill in Corealdraw ).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to take constructive feedback to improve designs.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms.
- A passion for creativity and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
